IMPORTANT :The products shown on our website have been selected to give you an idea of what we can produce. Nevertheless, the pictures are not contractual. Most of the materials we use are natural, so we cannot guarantee you that the wood or the horns will be the exact same color than what you saw on the screen.Also, our folding knives are unique, the handmade engraved ornament can slightly differ, while respecting the pattern you saw on the screen. Please contact us if you have a wish in particular. Because of the costs of handling and shipping, the minimum price of your order is 20€ .

 

Delivery deadline :It generally takes 48 to 72 hours, except for special knives, personalized, etc. These deadlines are given only for information purposes because we are manufacturers, and it is sometimes necessary to produce some articles that are out of stock. In case of a delay in delivery – whether it is because of the production or the shipping – you cannot cancel your order.Insurance: Our products travel at risks of the addressee who will have to commit any useful action with the carrier in case of damage or of breach.

 

Return period : According to the article L121-20 of the Code of french Consumption(modifié HAMON VAD 13/06/2014), the return period is fourteen working days, starting from the day you receive your order. In case of a return, we will pay you back with a bank transfer in euros, in the 30 day ahead. The paid sums correspond to the prices of the articles – except the postal charges. The product has to be sent back, carriage paid and in perfect condition, without having been used and in its original packaging. THIS DOESN'T APPLY TO OUR SPECIAL KNIVES: PERSONALIZED KNIVES, NOR OUR KNIVES WITH CARBON BLADES(XC75) – WHICH ARE NEVER EXCHANGED OR TAKEN BACK. (Article L121-20-2 of the code of french consumption).

 

Guarantee :Our folding knives, paring knives, kitchen knives or table knives are guaranteed 2 years. Unless the knives have been washed in a dishwasher. We do not guarantee our products further to neglect or aging. The dishwasher is to be banned for our forged knives from the range "Ideal", and our "Thiers". The attention we give to our knives during the production allows us to offer a guarantee for life against any manufacturing defect. This guarantee doesn't concern the wearing parts or breakage in cases of a shock. It applies only to normal use of the knife: a knife must be used, exclusively, to cut. Any other use such as: screwdriver, chisel, can opener – will be considered as excessive. The guarantee begins when the package leaves our workshop, but the postal charges and the risks (such as loss, theft, breaking) shall be charged to the customer. We will not accept any delivery in exchange of a refund, whether the postal charges are paid or with charges to pay. In any cases, the responsibility of COUTELLERIE F.VERDIER is limited to the price paid during your order.                                                                 In your interest, you should contact us BEFORE sending back anything to us.
